Heineken Leadership Workshop: Cross Functional and in teams
Heineken University piloted a very successful new product "Heineken Leadership Workshop":A 2,5 day, very intense and hands-on training programme to improve on our business essential leadership skills (coaching and feedback for performance, challenging standards, leading change, creating high performance teams).

Overview of the Cross Functional Programme
  • The Heineken Leadership Workshop is a unique opportunity for you to learn about the behaviours needed to create a winning business.
  • The high-level, inspirational, world class and innovative learning programme will
    - Enable leaders to meet the challenges of raising business performance.
    - Create a step change in people’s leadership competence.
    - Sustain the behavioural change and make a real difference over the long-term.
  • You will identify and find ways of using your individual and team strengths most effectively and tackle development areas in the ‘Developing and Inspiring People’ competencies - Ensuring Dialogue, Managing Yourself,  Coaching People and  Creating Successful Teams
  • You will receive expert coaching on the workshop and will learn tips and techniques that could make a big difference to your performance in your role.
  • Small groups (max. 12 participants) ensure a highly efficient and effective learning environment.
