• It provides information that helps participants to become more self aware and helps participants to develop in an accelerated way.
• The 360° Development Accelerator process forms the basis for concrete and SMART
Individual Development Plans and it encourages participants to take responsibility
for their own development.
Costs and time investment
The average time from invitation to the creation of an Individual Development Plan
could be as fast as 5 weeks. Each Opco is responsible for the development and implementation of the tool in their own country.
The total project duration in an Opco is usually 10 weeks. The actual time investment for the project manager of an Opco is about 1 – 1.5 days per week during these 10 weeks.
Heineken and Cubiks have agreed on fixed prices for the translation of the tool and the obligatory training for feedback providers.
